Frolic Rolic currently delivers orders only within India.
Delivery is free on orders above ₹999 placed through frolicrolic.in.
Orders below ₹999 will be charged a shipping fee of ₹99, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
In certain cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days if the product needs to be sourced from another location.
Delivery timelines may be extended during sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods.
Delivery Rules & Restrictions
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
A signature or delivery confirmation may be required at the time of delivery.
For certain remote locations, Frolic Rolic may apply additional conditions, such as a minimum order value, additional delivery charges, or order cancellation. Any such condition will be communicated after the order is placed.
Delivery Issues
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, another attempt will be made on the next business day.
If the second delivery attempt also fails, the parcel may be returned to us. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after the returned parcel is received.
